Taormina legal elopement

Included in €3700:

1.   The only venue allowed for civil weddings in Taormina is Palazzo dei Duchi di Santo Stefano The ceremony can be held indoors or outdoors, in front of the palace façade, in the last case, an additional rental of chairs and an officiant’s table are needed, as well as microphones. The venue fee for 2025 is €1200 for weekdays and €1600 for weekends.  The fee is not included in the package and should be paid separately to the town hall IBAN.

2.  4-hour photoshoot in the locations to choose from: Taormina city, Taormina seaside or Taormina gardens overlooking the sea (Villa comunale) with local English speaking photographers

3. Wedding hairstyle and makeup by local Englidh speaking stylists.

4. Paperwork, including assistance with correct documentation collection according to the rules of your country of residence and/or citizenship. UK citizens’ documentation requirements can be consulted here plus the town hall will require originals of your certificates of birth, apostilled and translated into Italian. I will provide you with the apostille for the ready bilingual marriage certificate that will legalise your civil wedding back to your country. I will personally assist you with the marriage banns signing in the town hall a few days before the ceremony (mandatory by Italian law).

5. Official interpreter during the marriage banns signing and during the wedding ceremony.

6. Two Italian witnesses (requested by law).

7. Bridal bouquet (seasonal flowers, roses, hydrangea, alstroemerias, lisianthus, baby’s breath, astilbe, eucalyptus and other greens). The specific type of flowers is discussed individually depending on theseason and the wishes of the couple. A buttonhole for the groom in the style of a bride’s bouquet is included.

8. The basic decor of the venue, including a medium size composition for the celebrant table, made from seasonal flowers.

9. 1 Bose wireless speaker for 3D sound, music selection for the ceremony.

10. Microphone and speaker (only for indoors).

10. Organization, timing and coordination of the entire wedding day.

11. Booking of a restaurant for celebration after (meals are not included)

12. A small gift for the couple, a Sicilian symbol of fertility and prosperity.

What is not included:

1. Expensive flowers for a bouquet and decor such as peonies, pampas grass, orchids, peony and English roses, pomelia, lilly of the valley etc.

2. Transfers for the couple between locations (should be discussed for each individual elopement).

3. Any official translations of your documentation from/into Italian language. I suggest to translate your documentation in your
country, but I can also assist you with it from Italy, either.

4. Paperwork and any travel outside Sicily and the province of Messina.

5. Town hall fee of €1200 or €1600 (see the beginning of the offer)
