Preliminary consultation
We can plan a first free-of-charge consultation in a comfortable for you format, where I can give an estimation for your wedding, show some possible venues and suppliers, explain how I plan a wedding planning process with some real weddings examples
Contract stipulation
Venue pre-booking (if no venue research is needed), I will send you a wedding planning contract together with a detailed wedding budget estimation in Excel based on your priorities, deposit payment and start of your Big Day projecting.
Concept development
Detailed development of the concept and style of the wedding/event day. Supplier's booking. Budget control. Logistics for guests, paperwork in the case of the official ceremony. The first version of the wedding day timing.
Final preparations
You approve the final project of the event, including sketch designs, menu, seating chart, and logistics. I send you the final version of the timing and will be waiting for you in Sicily on your Big Day!
On the Big Day
On the wedding day, my team and I are present at the venue from the arrival of the first contractor until the departure of the last. We manage the timing, solve all problems, alleviate stress, and assist the guests.
