Full wedding and event planning

As a destination wedding planner in Sicily, I offer a full planning of your wedding or event, starting from the wedding venue and contractors scouting, creating an event concept, to personal control and coordination during the wedding/event Day. Full wedding planning service usually includes:

Initial budget estimation and actual budget follow-up through dedicated Excel sheets
Venue scouting in whole Sicily or dedicated area of the island, according to the settled budget and general priorities (typically, distance from the airport, availability, accommodation facilities, price, views, architectural style, distance from the sea, civil ceremonies permissions, etc.).
Suppliers researching and contracting in two languages
Site inspections with photo and video materials provided for you
Sketch design professional elaboration for the ceremony and reception areas, where you can try in real time different design elements, its colours, shapes, amounts etc. See “Rendering” highlights on my Instagram page:
1-4+ additional English-speaking assistants and coordinators (who will manage logistics, coordinate suppliers, decor setup control, handle any unforeseen circumstances, and assist the guests), so the whole wedding day will flow flawlessly and smoothly for you.
On-site coordination from the arrival of the first supplier until the end of the event (typically until 1 am, with extra fees after this time)
Timing in two languages, including plan B options
Dedicated space on Google Drive or OneDrive only for your wedding project, shared with you
Post-wedding vendors follow-up, returns, and loose-end management.
