This unique villa – a restored noble residence of the early 20th – is located on the eastern (Greek) coast of Sicily, about 40 minutes of drive from Taormina and Messina, 5 minutes from the sea, on a hill in a dominant position that allows you to enjoy unforgettable views of the Ionian coast, of the Strait of Messina and Calabria. This is the place where the sea seems to merge with the sky, creating the effect of infinity.
This is a private villa that combines the convenience and privacy of private property with all the necessary features for a wedding. The 8 bedrooms inside the villa can accommodate up to 20 people, and a separate dependence on the territory has additional 4 beds (total 24 beds max.)
This villa is unique as it is one of the few private villas in Sicily which is authorised for civil wedding ceremonies. This means that you will not need to move to the town hall nearby for the civil ceremony, and only the banquet part will be held at the villa though: the mayor himself or his deputy will come to the villa and will conduct a civil ceremony in accordance with the Italian law.
The villa is surrounded by lemon groves, where the owners grow lemons BIO. An infinity swimming pool that merges with the sea, each room overlooks the sea, a chef on request will prepare a breakfast from your products – every detail has been thought out for your relaxation and for events of the highest quality.
For outdoor banquets, high-tech terraces have been built here, which, at the touch of a button, immediately being closed up both from the rain and the sun. However, guests will continue to enjoy the magnificent sea views here even in the case of Plan B.
Features of the villa for an event:
The territory, including lemon grove – 10 hectares.
The area of the covered terraces overlooking the sea – 650 m².
The maximum capacity of guests for sit-down reception under the covered terraces and in the garden – 300 people.
The maximum capacity of guests for a banquet inside the villa – 12.
Maximum accommodation – 24 people.
Minimum nights for rent are 1 night in the low season from October to April, 3-7 nights in the high season (August).
There are no time limits for celebrations and disco.
What is included in the package of €15000 (estimates):
1. Person – 20 (incl. bride and groom)
2. Accommodation of 1 night in low season (from mid October 2026 to end of April 2027) for 20 people in 8 bedrooms of the villa.
3. Symbolic ceremony with English speaking officiant.
4. Wedding venue fee (can be discounted if renting the villa for more than 5 nights)
5. Decor of ceremony area with fresh seasonal flowers, including the officiant’s table, white carpet or petals, compositions for guests’ chairs, banquet table decor with seasonal flowers and candles
6. Bridal bouquet and boutonniere for a groom
7. Bridal hairstyle and make-up for a bride
8. Sit-down fish or meat (or vegetarian) menu for 20 pax, including soft drinks and wine in the quantity of half a bottle per person. Unlimited open bar for 2 hours. Standart wedding cake.
9. Wireless speakers for music.
10. Professional wedding photography up to 8 hours at the villa and with the same day trip to Taormina on request.
11. Full wedding planning including day-of coordinator plus 1 English speaking assistant.
Possible extras:
– official ceremony +500 euro min. including town hall fees and a translator. The legalization of documents is not included and depends on the citizenship and residence of the bride and groom.
– Catholic or mixed ceremony (when someone in a couple is Christian, but not Catholic) – from 500 euros plus extra decor, depending on the church.
– Videographer with a drone, wedding arch, complex decor, live music or DJ, fireworks, light design, “starry sky”, vehicles and vintage cars. Everything that is not included in the basic package.
– extra accommodation in the villa from €1550 to €3700 per night for all the villa in exclusive use, depending on the season.
– additional bedroom in the dependence for up to 4 people – €200 per night.
